　　快速堵漏剂（ Fast Leak － stopping Agent 简称 FLSA ）该产品凝结硬化快，数分钟内即可发挥很高强度，可带水作业，瞬时止水操作简便，是一种永久性防水并具有微膨胀性能的水硬性材料。为满足市场需求，我公司在此基础上更新换代，产品性能更为优异，受到了用户的好评。

二、用 途
快速堵漏剂可带水作业，瞬间止水，操作简便，无毒且对环境无污染，广泛用于自来水厂、贮水池、管道、水塔、地下室、洗浴间、矿井、隧道、涵洞以及海洋混凝土工程的堵漏修补和加固工程。还可用于抢修及锚固工程。
三、使用方法
1、首先把漏水点或漏水缝凿成垂直下面大上面小喇叭口状，把杂物清理干净。
2、将一公斤快速堵漏剂放入锅内，放入0.3～0.33公斤水，迅速拌和成浆体。低于10℃时，要用30～40℃的水搅拌。
3、把拌好的堵漏胶泥放在手上，感到胶泥烫手稍微发硬时，迅速迎漏水方向压下，持续一定时间才可松手。一般在几分钟内才可把水堵住。
4、堵水后，为了保证表面平整，再用膨胀水泥配制的膨胀砂浆抹面，表面养护 3d 即可。
5、对于渗水坑，可直接把快速堵漏剂干粉投入坑内，然后用脚踩住直至硬化发挥强度。
6、对于大面积渗漏，要找出漏水点，先用快速堵漏剂堵住，然后再用膨胀水泥配制的膨胀砂浆抹面。
7、对于严重漏水缝，采用引流方法，先堵上缝，后堵下缝，最后堵引流孔。
四、注意事项
1、快速堵漏剂不能与其它品种水泥混用。
2、堵漏过程中，不宜一次拌和太多，以免来不及施工，造成浪费。
3、堵漏结束后，暴露在空气中的表面马上洒水养护。
4、在运输和储存过程中防止受潮。

六、速效堵漏剂作业指导书
速效堵漏剂系无机与有机高分子材料复合而成的一种反应型快速堵漏材料。该剂具有快凝快硬、瞬间止水、早强高强、抗渗抗裂等多种功能。与新老混凝土、砖、石基层粘结牢固，可带水作业，施工简便，即刻见效，防水耐久。本产品为粉状，无毒无害，贮存运输方便，堵水、防水效果较好。
速效堵漏剂可用于各种建筑屋面、地下室、水池、管道、人防洞库、国防工事、地下铁道、隧道及矿井等工程的防水堵漏，压力灌浆埋嘴封缝及抢修加固。
1、基本性能
（1）凝结硬化时间；从加水搅拌时开始计时，常温下一般为4±1min ，根据工程要求可适当提前或延长。在低温或负温下施工时，用 40℃左右的热水搅拌，可正常凝结硬化。
（2）1h抗压强度：大于10MPa。
（3）28d抗压强度：大于30MPa。
（4）粘结强度：大于0.6MPa。
（5）抗渗标号：大于S10。
（6）耐低温：－ 40℃ 5h，无变化。
（7）耐高温：100 ℃ 沸水5h ，无变化。
（8）耐碱性：饱和氢氧化钙浸泡12个月，无变化。
（9）耐候性：紫外线连续照射960h，无变化。
（10）吸水率：小于1％。
2、堵漏方法
进行防水堵漏时，一般先堵渗漏轻微部位，后堵渗漏严重部位，将大面积渗漏缩小为小面积渗漏，使大漏变为小漏，由缝漏变为孔漏，使渗漏水部位集中于一点或数点，最后封堵各渗漏点。
（1）基面处理
将渗漏部位表面上的油污、泥砂、水垢等脏物铲除，并用水冲刷干净。基层空鼓、起皮、松动及不密实的部位必须凿除至基层坚固密实为止。
（2）配料与搅拌
根据渗漏部位大小，称取适量的速效堵漏剂置于塑料桶或其他容器内。一次搅拌量不宜太多，否则，会因堵漏操作来不及而在堵塞前凝结硬化。堵漏准备工作就绪后，在容器中加入堵漏剂重量30％～35％的洁净水，迅速用腻子刀或木棒进行搅拌。若在10℃以下堵漏时，应用40～50℃的热水拌合，以加快反应速度。因堵漏剂有憎水作用，在开始搅拌时，水不易拌入，但经快速强力搅拌约1min 后，即可成塑胶状浆体。
（3）堵漏操作要领
无明水渗漏的孔洞、裂缝及其他渗漏部位，用堵漏剂浆体封堵、压实即可，当有滴、冒、慢渗或压力水喷涌时，不能立即封堵，应待堵漏剂浆体表面开始收水发干，光泽消失，用手触摸浆体有发硬和微热感觉时，用手抓起浆体，捏成球状或条状，压入漏水孔洞或裂缝中，用手挤压密实后按住浆体， 1min 后堵漏剂浆体明显发热并迅速固化，此时不可用力挤压，以防破坏浆体的早期结构，影响堵漏效果。待浆体基本凝结硬化后，即可将手脱开。长时间进行堵漏操作的施工人员，应配戴橡胶手套，防止腐蚀皮肤。
3、堵漏实例
（1）孔洞堵漏
进行孔洞堵漏时，应将孔洞内壁松动或不密实部分凿除。小口径孔洞，应适当将孔洞扩大与凿深，以便于压浆堵漏。孔径 10cm 以上的较大、较深孔洞，可用碎石填充，分多次封堵。带水、带压堵漏时，可在孔洞中心插入导水管，将水引出，用堵漏剂先堵塞孔底和孔口四周，不断缩小孔口，最后拔掉导水管，用堵漏剂一次封堵孔口。
（2）缝隙堵漏
将缝隙适当凿宽和凿深，形成U形缝槽，并冲刷干净。当缝隙较宽、较深，且渗漏严重时，可在缝槽底部放置导水管、竹片、木条或草绳等物，形成导水通道，将水引出，然后用堵漏剂分段封堵。一般先堵高水位和渗漏轻微的部位，变线漏为点漏。
（3）大面积慢渗堵漏
对大面积慢渗的砖墙或混凝土基层，必须用钢丝刷、腻子刀等工具将基面上的油污、水垢及涂料等刷洗铲除干净，凿除松动、空鼓的砂浆层。必要时在渗漏严重部位钻孔、开槽引流，使大面积渗漏变为小面积渗漏、线漏或点漏。堵漏时用棉纱将基面水迹擦干后，迅速用临近固化的堵漏剂浆体抹压在基面上。待第一道抹压浆体硬化后，继续抹压第二道浆体。一般抹2～3道堵漏剂浆体，即可堵漏止水。每层浆体厚3～5mm，1m2 耗用堵漏剂3~5kg 。大面积堵漏抹压时，应先抹压渗漏轻微部位，最后抹压渗漏严重部位。
（4）管道堵漏
卫生间、地下室及其他建筑设施中的各种穿墙、穿楼板管道渗漏水现象比较普遍，而且很难根治。可将管道周围的砂浆等物凿开，形成宽约3㎝，深约5cm 的槽缝，然后用搅拌好的堵漏剂浆体填抹于槽缝内即可止漏。上、下水管接头漏水时，可将接头原有的封堵材料凿出，按裂缝堵漏方法堵漏。
管道发生破损性渗漏时，可在其渗漏部位沿管道纵向间隔放置数根粗铁丝或钢筋，然后用钢丝网片或铅丝缠绕其上，最后用堵漏剂浆体包裹渗漏处并压实，固化后即可止漏。若带水、带压堵漏，则应在堵漏剂浆体开始凝结的一瞬间将浆体压在渗漏处。

Packaging storage and transport
The cement is packed in two ways:paper cartoons and packages.When packed in cartoons,the net weight of each is 20kg (containing 10 packages);damp pro of package is adopted in packaging with a net weight of 25kg each,and not less than 98% of the marked weight other forms of packaging ar to be decided by the supply and requisitioning parties.In transport and storage special attention should be paid to guard against dampness and not to be mixed with other miscellaneous articles.The period of storage cannot be more than 3 months,if the time limit is exceeded,or is dampened and caked,it can be used only after being rechecked to see if it is qualified.

Points for attention
1)Before using,cut the leaking point or seam into the shape of bell mouthing or wedge, clear away the scraps and prepare suitable tools and measuring instruments.
2)Put 1kg of the leaking stoppage into the pot,adding 0.30 -0.36kg of water, quickly mixing it into fluids. In winter construction warm water should be used,and in summer construction cold water is used. Excessive or lack of water all affects the construction quality. Too much water make the fluids too thin and reduces its strength while the lack of water makes the fluids dry and hard,sample can be used if the conditions permit. 3)Quickly press the mixed thick fluid against the direction of leaking, until the thick fluid is hardened. Generally within 10 minutes water leaking can be stopped,then apply mortar mixed with expansive agent or ordinary cement mortar to the surface and curing for 3 days.
4)For the serious water-leaking seam,method of drainage is adopted. First stop the upper seam and then the lower seam,and at last stop the drainage hole.
5)For large area leaking, find out the leaking point, first stop leaking with the leaking stoppage king,then apply cement mortar with expansive agent.
6)Generally speaking,it is not suitable to use the powder directly to stop leaking. Under urgent cirumstances(such as water pool or cabin leaking),powder can be applied directly to the leaking point or water pit and press it with hands or feet until it is hardened.
7)The leaking stoppage can be very hot after water is put into it,when used in large volume,care should be taken to cool it and prevent splitting and cracking.
8)If it is necessary to prolong construction period,retarding agent can be mixed.

五、施工要点
1 、基面要求：基面要求平整、牢固、平净并充分湿润至饱和，但无积水。
2 、配料：缓凝型：粉剂：水 =1 ： 0.35-0.4 （重量比）搅拌成腻子。
速凝型：粉剂：水 =1 ： 0.3-0.35 （重量比）搅拌成腻子。
3 、上料：一般涂覆 2-3 层，每层用料约 1kg /m 2 左右。
4 、堵漏：把堵漏剂和成团块，待团块发热稍硬后，尽快用木棒捶打密实，再用本产品在外面刮涂 2 遍。
5 、待涂层硬化后，应喷水养护，一般养护 2~3 天。

Caulking Waterproofing Material

一、 Brief Introduction to the Product:
Caulking waterproofing material is an efficient damp-proof impermeable and caulking material developed after adopting domestic and foreign advanced technology.

二、 Main Features:
Caulking waterproofing material is classified as rapid solidification type and delayed solidification type. The two type s are all single-component gray powder.

1 、 It could be constructed in water environment with simple tools, easy to use . The effects of water-ward side and back-water side are the same. The coating is thin with good quality.
2 、 It's nontoxic and smell-less, and shall not pollute the environment.
3 、 It could combine the basic body to an integer. It is resistant to aging, cracking and water.
4 、 It has high impermeability and adhesion. Water will be sealed up immediately after caulking.

Requirements of the basic surface:

1 、 The basic surface shall be flat, solid, clean and fully wet to saturated, but without accumulated water.
2 、 Ingredients ： Delayed solidification type: Powder ： Water=1:0.35~0.4(by weight).
To be stirred to putty.
Rapid solidification type ： powder ： water=1:0.3~0.35(by weight).
To be stirred to putty.
3 、 Coating ： Generally the coating will be 2~3 layers and the material quantity of every layer shall be about 1kg /m 2 .
4 、 Caulking ： Mix the tempojel to agglomerate. Hammer it to solid state by wooden stick as soon as possible after the agglomerate emits heat and becomes a little harder, and spread the coating outside for twice with the producte.
5 、 Wet curing shall be implemented after the coating has been hardened. The duration of wet curing will be generally 2 to 3 days.
